Our latest project is all about celebrating the grassroots, building community and having a good time.
Wave Station is a series of monthly free entry events in the heart of Edinburgh brought to you by the team behind Liquid Funktion.
Each event will feature DJ sets from local guests and from our residents. Expect to hear an eclectic mix of sounds from drum and bass, jungle, hip-hop, 140, garage and breaks.
The venue has a 3am licence, a well stocked bar, a cosy dance floor plus plenty of seating, surround sound and a PA system complete with subwoofer.

All Wave Station events are free entry. However, there will be a donations bucket at the bar which will be fundraising for x2 charities. Liquid Funktion / Wave Station are raising money for ‘The Ocean Cleanup’: an organisation that creates and operates floating garbage collectors in the oceans and in major polluting river systems. The Bunker Bar is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Foundation. All donations will be split between the two causes periodically.
